Venice | 1969 Bronco in Grabber Blue

Jason’s take on this 1969 Ford Bronco.

This is the first-generation Bronco — the one that started the whole thing in 1966, and the one that collectors have been chasing for the last decade. Finished in Grabber Blue, which is a color that will absolutely stop people in their tracks. This is a frame-off restoration, which means the body came off, the chassis was gone through, and everything was put back together with attention to detail. The 302 V8 under the hood is a known quantity — parts are everywhere, any mechanic can work on it, and it makes the right V8 noises. This Bronco is small enough to fit in a garage, tough enough to actually use off-road, and cool enough that you’ll get thumbs-up at every stoplight. It’s the kind of truck that makes people ask if it’s for sale. And this time, it is.
