These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by MOTORIOT LLC (“MOTORIOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including SMS text message communications, vehicle restoration services, and vehicle sourcing. By engaging our services or consenting to receive communications from MOTORIOT, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
MOTORIOT LLC provides premium classic vehicle restoration, sourcing, and customization services. Our services include but are not limited to vehicle procurement, full restoration, mechanical work, body and paint, interior work, and ongoing build management.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: MOTORIOT Build Updates
Program Description: SMS notifications and updates regarding your vehicle build, restoration progress, appointment reminders, and payment notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active build status. You may receive up to 1 message per day.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message.

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages from MOTORIOT, you expressly consent to receive text messages related to your vehicle project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a MOTORIOT client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding yourself and your vehicle.
- Communicate any changes to your contact information promptly.
- Adhere to agreed payment schedules as outlined in your project agreement.
- Provide timely approvals and decisions when requested to avoid project delays.
4. Project Agreements & Payments
All restoration and sourcing projects are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal signed by both parties. Payment terms, milestones, and project timelines are outlined in that agreement. MOTORIOT reserves the right to pause work on any project where payment obligations are not met.
5. Timelines
Project timelines provided by MOTORIOT are estimates based on current information. Delays may occur due to parts availability, shipping, unforeseen mechanical conditions, or other factors outside our control. MOTORIOT will communicate delays promptly via SMS or other agreed communication channels.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOTORIOT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, photography, and materials associated with MOTORIOT LLC are the intellectual property of MOTORIOT LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of MOTORIOT services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
MOTORIOT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via SMS or email.
