Here’s the thing about this truck — it’s had a full frame-off restoration, but it isn’t trying to be a factory time capsule. It’s a custom build, and you can tell. The 2.5L Td5 diesel has been converted to an automatic, which is exactly what you want if you’re going to actually drive the thing instead of just look at it.

The color is the standout: Grigio Cenere Grey over Chawton White — the same grey we ran on Mercer. Two-tone, and it works. Grey body over the white roof is subtle in a way most Defenders aren’t.

Inside, it’s all custom. Leather across the seats, a custom headliner, custom trim, and wood details that tie the whole cabin together. Nothing reads like an afterthought, because nothing was left stock.

This one was a full custom build for a client in New Jersey, which means the frame-off work already solved the hard part. You’re not inheriting two years of chasing rust under the floor pans — that chapter is closed.
